1General Terms & Definitions

3Age Verification & Eligibility

• Accounts opened with a false age will be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited.

Deposit Terms

• Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method used.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

7Betting Rules & Odds Policy

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

• For cricket – bets are void if the match does not start or fewer than 1 over is completed.
• For football – bets apply to the result of the standard 90 minutes; extra time and penalties are separate.
• A change of match referee does not affect the validity of existing bets.

8Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jk9. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Involvement in match fixing or pre-determining the outcome of any event.
• Placing bets strategically to abuse the bonus system.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Jk9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any one of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false information is confirmed.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.

Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before proceeding with the closure.

10Responsible Gaming Policy
